This site is administered by the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Office of Victim/Witness Assistance and supported by the SAFE-ITR Program (Sexual Assault Forensic Evidence, Inventory, Tracking, and Reporting).
  • Use of this system is an option for victims to track kit status and location. For information about your case, please contact the investigating law enforcement agency.
  • The tracking system does not provide results of kit analysis. After the approximate processing timeframe has passed or if your kit has a “Sent to law enforcement after analysis” status, you can contact the investigating law enforcement agency to inquire about results pursuant to NH RSA 21-M:18 (NH Sexual Assault Survivor Rights).
  • Kit processing time is approximately 16 weeks from the time the Forensic Lab receives a kit from Law Enforcement.
  • In NH, Anonymous kits will not be analyzed until a report is made to law enforcement. If your kit was originally collected using the Anonymous option but you now wish to make a report, please provide your Kit ID# to the law enforcement agency located in the city/town where the assault occurred and request that your kit now be analyzed.
  • If the assault occurred outside NH, the kit will be tracked until transferred to law enforcement in the state where the assault occurred.
  • To access free and confidential victim services please call the NH Statewide Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-277-5570.
